Alcoa’s Australian operations represent the world’s largest integrated bauxite mining, alumina refining, aluminium smelting and rolling system. Alcoa support Youth Focus to combat youth suicide & depression in the communities of Kwinana, Rockingham, Mandurah, Peel, Harvey, Serpentine, Jarrahdale & Dwellingup.

 


 

BHP Worsley Alumina is one of the world’s largest and most efficient alumina refineries. Located in Collie in the south west of the State, the team at Worsley support Youth Focus in the provision of our services in the area.

 


 

 

 

Burswood Entertainment Complex is a fully-integrated entertainment precinct that is renowned for its world-class facilities and luxury accommodation.  A long-term supporter of Youth Focus, Burswood hosts our annual Night of Night’s Ball which helps to raise significant funds each year.

 


 

CSBP manufactures and supplies chemicals, fertilisers and related services to the mining, minerals processing, industrial and agricultural sectors. Their head office and major chemical and fertiliser production complex is located in Kwinana where they support our operations in this area.

 


 

 

Fortitude Foundation

 

A private philanthropic foundation, the Fortitude Foundation has made a significant 3 year commitment to support our services in the Albany region.

 


 

Hawaiian are one of Australia’s leading property developers and they have been a key driver in the development of Youth focus over the past 10 years by supporting many projects including our Burswood building redevelopment and the Hawaiian Ride For Youth event, our largest fundraising activity.

 


 

Established in 1933 as the Lotteries Commission, Lotterywest is the official state lottery for Western Australia. Unlike any other Australian lottery, they not only sell lottery games, they also distribute the profits from our games directly to the Western Australian community.  Lotterywest have been a long term support in many key Youth Focus initiatives including the redevelopment of our premises in Burswood.

 


 

Panoramic Resources Ltd is an established Western Australian nickel sulphide producer operating two mines.  They commenced their support of Youth Focus in 2009 when they became the principal supporter of our Truck Pull event, a unique corporate fundraising event.

 


 

The Telethon Trust is a major West Australian fundraising initiative developed by Channel 7 Perth.  Each year it raises many millions of dollars to support charities that focus on children and young people.  Telethon funding assists us in youth counselling in the metropolitan area.

 


 

After recently coming onboard as supporters of Youth Focus, the team at The Menu Book are passionate about our cause and have selected Youth Focus as their chosen charity. The Menu Book publication, which was launched in early 2011 is a quality designed, stylish and user friendly publication which contains the takeaway menus from local participating restaurants. With 11 individually targeted books being released over the next couple of years, their access to a network of parents and families amongst the WA community is priceless for Youth Focus and we appreciate their support.

 



 

 

The Office for Youth (OfY) is a State Government agency within the Department for Communities that is responsible for developing programs and policies that meet the needs of people aged 12 to 25 in Western Australia.  The Office of Youth has been a long term government partner of our work.

 


 

 

The Department provides a quality lifelong learning environment to ensure an educated and skilled future for all Western Australians.  As much of our work is undertaken in collaboration with local schools the Department is an important supporter of our work.

 


 

The Commissions vision is for a mentally healthy Western Australia where everyone – government, industry and the community – works together for the mental wellbeing of all.

 


 

Wind over Water is a private philanthropic foundation that has been a long term supporter through the Peer support programs.  Their support has allowed many hundreds of vulnerable young people to access group therapy.
