Charity House
The 2011 Charity House proudly supported by 101 Residential and Banksia Grove

The Youth Focus Charity House was developed around the concept of ‘youth helping youth’ and provides the opportunity for apprentices to become involved in the building and construction of a house. This not only offers them the opportunity to gain experience and skills, it also provides a sense of satisfaction for assisting young people in need with all the profit from the sale going directly help to maintain the services that we offer to the young people of Western Australia who are battling with depression and issues of suicide and self harm.
2011 will see us complete our third Charity House project with our long term supporter Scott Park via his exciting new brand 101 Residential. This year we are very pleased to welcome Banksia Grove to the Youth Focus family of supporters.
The impressive Banksia Grove development is located in the fast growing north eastern corridor of metropolitan Perth. The site is approximately 27km north of the Perth CBD and 9km from the coast. Comprising 338 hectares it is being developed into an integrated, master planned community with focus on affordable living for first, second and third home buyers. Aside from their support of land Banksia Grove have also committed to a significant marketing and promotional campaign to recognise the partnerships involved and to raise awareness of our important work in the community.
This year’s Charity House will utilises the exciting new ‘Latte’ design from the team at 101 Residential and it will be built on Lot no. 835, 6 Saxicola Road Banksia Grove. Presently the house is completely finished and furnished and will be opened for display until it is auctioned in early 2012.
