About us

We believe in the potential of all young people

For over thirty years, we have been committed to a clear visiona world where a young persons’ mental health does not get in the way of them being who they want to be.

Established in 1994, Youth Focus is a leading not-for-profit organisation that delivers innovative and accessible mental health services and programs across Western Australia to help young people thrive.

Our purpose is to be trusted to champion the mental health needs of young people in WA, supporting them to thrive in their community.

headspace lead agency

headspace offers free and confidential support to young people between 12-25 years old, focusing on health and wellbeing. As lead agency of several headspace locations across WA, we provide the services of these centres, delivering services in line with the headspace brand and model of care.

Our approach

Mental illness is the leading cause of disability and poor life outcomes for young people in Western Australia, and around 40% of young people have experienced mental health challenges in the last 12 months. Discover more about our approach to services and how we help young people to navigate mental health challenges so they can be who they want to be.
