We offer competitive salary packages
- As a not-for-profit organisation, our staff can salary package up to $18,550 per annum
- We ensure organisation-wide salary benchmarking activities are regularly completed, to ensure we maintain industry competitiveness
- Plus, individual remuneration review processes to acknowledge outstanding staff performance
We have generous leave offerings
- Up to 3 days of gifted Christmas Leave
- After 3.5 years of service, our staff accrue an additional week of paid Annual Leave (pro rata)
- Up to 13 weeks of paid Parental Leave (pro rata)*
- Up to 12 weeks of paid Long Service Leave (pro rata)*
