Youth Focus’s local Care Navigator can guide you through available pathways, connect you with support services, and provide information and resources specific to the needs of young people.
Based in Bunbury and providing outreach support to surrounding regional communities in the Southwest, Care Navigator responds to real, practical concerns – offering guidance, referrals and reassurance in a flexible and approachable way.

We’ll help connect you with services such as counselling, mentoring, peer support, youth-friendly GPs or alcohol and drug programs – based on your young person’s needs and location.
