Youth Focus South West offers young people (aged 12 – 25) access to free and confidential mental health services, providing them and their support network with a safe space to seek advice, information and support. We work closely with the community, including schools, local service providers and groups, to provide young people throughout the regions with mental health services, when and when they need them throughout the South West.
Young people can access our services with no referral required and at no cost. Talk to us by completing the form or give us a call to find out more.
Additionally, our team offers services in schools in the South West region, community locations, or through telephone or online appointments to ensure young people living in the surrounding communities can access support when they need.
