Our team in Geraldton offers young people (aged 12 – 25) in the Geraldton community access to free and confidential services, providing young people and their support network with a safe space to seek advice, information or support.
The team works closely with the community, including local service providers and groups, to deliver wrap around support to help young people thrive in the community.
With no referral required, you don’t need to wait to make an appointment. Email, call or drop in to talk to one of the team members who will help you access the services you need.
What services are available?
Our services are designed to make it as easy as possible for a young person and their support networks to get the support they need, when they need it. Our connections with local service providers and groups mean that if a service is not available on the premise, our team can still work with you to connect you to support.
