Accessing a service at Youth Focus Meeka
We want to ensure young people can access the mental health support they need, when they need it. At Youth Focus Meeka, young people can;
- Walk-in anytime – no appointment needed
- Seek support without a referral
- Access services at no cost
Young people are welcome to walk-in, have a yarn in a safe space, and see how we can help support them.
What services are available?

- Face-to-face counselling
- Mental health support groups
- Art therapy
- Narrative therapy
- First Nations support
- LGBTQI+ support/safe space
- Support for court matters

Our team also have a 12-seater bus which can be used to take small groups out for an on-country experience. In limited circumstances we can provide transport to young people around Meekatharra, as required. For more details, please contact Centre Manager, Paulette.
Our Community Engagement officers are often out and about in the community, supporting young people and starting meaningful conversations. If you are interested in learning more about the events we attend, or in having us attend your event, get in contact with us today.
