Congratulations to the 2025 Sector Collaboration Award winner – Equestrian Youth Engagement Service (EYES). This inspiring collaboration supports justice-involved young people to reimagine positive and hopeful futures. Through equine-facilitated interventions, cultural mentorship, and strong support from the WA equestrian community, EYES is helping young people re-engage with education, undertake work experience, gain employment, and avoid early school disengagement and criminal activity.

A huge congratulations to Rachael Burns, Youth Reference Group member at Youth Focus Metro, who was nominated for two awards: the ECU Community Leadership Award and The Y Collective Action Award. On the night, Rachael was recognised with the ECU Community Leadership Award – a well-deserved acknowledgement of her advocacy and leadership in the youth sector.
