Youth Focus issues a biannual client survey to anonymously collect feedback that will help us continually grow and improve our services.
Young people are encouraged to answer each question as openly and as honestly as possible.
The survey is currently closed. When open, it will be available for completion here.
Since 2013, we have collected more than 1,000 pieces of data. Here are some of the highlights.
Client feedback is important to us. It helps us deliver the best possible service and continue to meet the changing needs of young people. Here’s what some of our young clients had to say about our service.
