Get Help Strength in sharing

Almost 1 in 4 young people are weighed down by mental health challenges.

Many will not seek help.

To combat this, we’re encouraging all Western Australians to talk more openly about mental health issues, which makes it easier for young people to seek help.

Because from sharing comes strength.

This end of financial year, we’ll share the stories of four young people and their mental health journeys.

This Mother’s Day, Ally and Kara share their mental health journey and the important role that Youth Focus has played.

Family and friends are one of our greatest points of service referrals.

With mental health issues and demand for our services rising in young people, now is the time to act.

Young people need us, and we need you.

This tax-time, please consider making a tax-deductible donation to support our free face-to-face counselling services and help us support more families in their time of need.
