Rod Jones has been appointed to the Youth Focus Board, joining a dynamic team driven to help young Western Australians negotiating mental health challenges.
Mr Jones is the founder and chairman of Navitas, a global company that develops and provides educational services, with more than 7000 staff teaching 80,000 students across 26 countries.
He is widely recognised as one of the pioneers of Australia’s international education sector, which is now the third largest export industry for the nation.
“We are delighted to announce the appointment of Rod Jones as a director on the Youth Focus Board,” Youth Focus Board chair Dean Hely said.
“Mr Jones has demonstrated significant leadership in the education sector over many years. His dedication and commitment to young people through Navitas has great synergy with Youth Focus and our mission to optimise life opportunities for young people facing mental health challenges.”
