Youth Focus staff from across Western Australia came together for two days in March to “reflect, reconnect and recharge”.
The staff forum began with a Welcome to Country from Dr Richard Walley, who then took staff for an educational and inspiring On Country walk alongside Rickeeta Walley and Alton Walley.
Over the next two days, staff spent valuable time together, reflecting, reconnecting and recharging, alongside Elders and young people who participated in the event.
Over the course the forum, staff were able to learn, reflect and hear the valuable perspectives of young people and experts within the sector, as well as from across the organisation.
