Find your way to better mental health
Looking for support, but not sure where to start? We’re here to help.
Youth Focus has launched a new pilot program to support young people and those who support them in the South West.
The Care Navigation Program helps young people aged 12 to 25 based in Capel and Harvey to connect with the right services and support in their community, based on their current needs.
As part of the program, a Youth Focus Community Engagement Officer will work with communities in Capel and Harvey, making themselves visible to young people and those who support them, helping to:
- Navigate the mental health system
- Provide guidance, information and resources to get started
- Refer to Youth Focus for support or to other service providers as needed
- Build the community’s capacity to respond to the needs of young people into the future
This service is offered at no cost to young people and those who support them. If you, or a young person or family you know could benefit from this support, please complete the form below or contact the Youth Focus Community Engagement Officer at care[email protected] or call 0439108380 for more information.
